The proper way is to have analogous forests or new forests to bring back osmosis and transpiration functions of vegetation. And bring back health among all life. Because trees create an atmospheric distribution network for water, the groundwaters are recharged copiously during monsoon by repeated cycles of osmosis and transpiration. Thus the Malaprabha river will be brought back to life by equitable distribution of water by trees during both monsoon and dry season. Thus do away with the dams by draining them out and restoring ecology. Use dam waters to plant the saplings and look after them. We have a huge population to employ by making them plant trees and take care of them. Do this for the whole world. Dams create devastating earthquakes and by direct heating up of the earth are bringing about hurricanes, cyclones, extremes of rainfall, forest fires, devastation of ecology and destruction of forests. Stop! Javdekar Stop. It’s a shame your promoting modern civilization’s destructive suicide. Farmers and people rise and kill this killing policy NOW.<br />Ramaswami Ashok Kumarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15525366311000374653noreply@blogger.com
